Spending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience! The first thing we loved was the ski access. It was such an advantage to be able to ski in and out of the hotel so easily, only a short walk away. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of different options to choose from. The staff was also very friendly, which made us feel welcome and at home.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some improvements.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place is perfect, as it is situated right over the river at the bottom, providing stunning views. The staff service was excellent and the housekeeping was top-notch. They even had a ski pass vendor on-site, making it incredibly convenient for us to hit the slopes. I also appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink upon arrival and the in-room amenities such as the heating, terrace, and in-room safe. The hotel offers a range of facilities including a dining restaurant, bar/lounge area, and a snack bar. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff spoke multiple languages which made communication seamless.

Plenty of food options in buffet, helpful staff, easy access to slopes and bars, free spa use, large bedroom with balcony and great valley view. Ideal location for skiing in three valleys, with ski lift and ski-in option. Excellent restaurant with fresh and wholesome meals, including local specialties. Friendly and professional staff, even provided packed breakfast for early departure. Good bathroom, friendly bar staff, ski rental and shop nearby. Close to Champoluc and Alagna slopes. Good parking, afternoon snack, and barista coffee.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel located right next to the slopes. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with wonderful views of the valley from the balconies. Breakfast and dinner buffets offered an array of delicious options to suit all tastes. We enjoyed the free use of the spa area after skiing all day. This hotel also had organized activities for children, such as kids club and pj meal, and easy access to hire shops.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those looking to explore the Monterosa skiing area. With easy access to ski lifts, it is an ideal base for skiing and mountain sports. The rooms, although in need of a renovation, were clean and comfortable with plenty of storage. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food, both at breakfast and dinner, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel had a kids club with organized activities, making it a great choice for families.

The hotel had a charming and elegant decor, with cozy sitting areas throughout the property. As a senior woman, I appreciated the comfortable seating options and the accessibility of the hotel. The wide corridors and spacious elevators made it easy for me to navigate with my walking stick. The staff were also very attentive and helpful, always willing to assist me with any needs I had during my stay.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the staff to provide more assistance and support. Sometimes, the children working there seemed busy and overwhelmed, which made it difficult for them to give the attention that senior guests may require.

The location of the hotel is superb, situated right by the slopes with the possibility of skiing right up to the entrance! For us as vegetarians and vegans, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the food served during both breakfast and dinner.

Felt like royalty, no reason to complain.
